Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least **24 hours' notice**. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to **50% of the scheduled service**.
- No-shows will be charged the **full cost of the service**.

Late Policy
Punctuality is key to providing a seamless experience for everyone. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.
- Arriving more than **15 minutes late** may require adjustments to your service or, in some cases, rescheduling to ensure other clients are not impacted. The cancellation fee may apply.

Illness Policy
Your health and well-being are important to me. If you are feeling unwell, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please notify me as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.

Additional Policies
- **Deposits:** For services exceeding $200, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your final total.
