CANCELLATION POLICY:

IN ORDER TO SUSTAIN MY SMALL BUSINESS THE FOLLOWING ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE

  • MINIMUM OF 24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL SERVICE(S)

  • LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN 50% SERVICE FEE OF ORIGINAL SERVICE PRICE

  • NO SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF ORIGINAL SERVICE PRICE AND REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS

  • REPETITIVE NO SHOWS WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS

LATE ARRIVALS:

ARRIVING 5 MINUTES LATE USUALLY IS NOT A BIG DEAL. GUESTS ARRIVING 15 MINUTES OR MORE LATE TO THEIR APPOINTMENT WILL KINDLY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE.

ILLNESS:

IF YOU ARE SICK, STAY HOME. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ME OR OTHERS IN THE SPACE AT RISK. I AM SELF EMPLOYED AND MY LIVELIHOOD DEPENDS ON ME BEING IN THE SALON. IF YOU DECIDE TO COME IN SICK, YOU WILL KINDLY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE. YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 50% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE(S) FEE. SO IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE JUST RESCHEDULE.
